Hot and Cold Therapy Packs: Our innovative Gel Ice Packs have a pea-like gel bead texture and provide both heat and cold therapy. These ice packs are flexible and include 2 (7.5” x 5”) durable vinyl packs plus 2 soft velvet fabric covers.

Pain Relief and Therapy: Our heat pad delivers up to 30 minutes of soothing heat or cold relief for aches, pains, and injuries. Simply place bead Gel Ice Packs in freezer 20-30 minutes or the microwave for less than 1 minute.

Ideal for Injuries: Our ice packs for injuries are small enough to use on the shoulder, back, knee, elbow, ankle, and more. Our cold and hot packs are also great for like rotator cuff injuries, broken bones, fever, and torn ACL/MCL.

Cover Bag Included: Our first aid ice pack set comes with a handy fabric storage bag. The soft, flexible ice pack bag is made of durable polyester and features a drawstring closure. Gel packs are for cold use only, do not heat.
